About Clint Parry

Clint has an exceptional track record for achieving results in sales, marketing and overall operational efficiency.  Clint’s business career began in outside sales with a nationally-franchised sign company in Utah for two years.  Following graduation and a move to Tucson, Clint was hired by Xerox Corporation.  During his nine year career at Xerox, Clint was responsible for adding over $4 Million in annual revenue, leading to the hiring of over 40 Xerox employees to service the customer base he helped to build.  Clint also earned three President’s Club Awards during his tenure at Xerox.

In 2003, Clint launched his Action coaching practice here in Tucson.  Since then, hundreds of business owners have attended his workshops and he has personally coached dozens of business owners to greater success in their businesses.  Clint has also attained Gold Master Coach Level with ActionCOACH. 

Clint strives to enjoy a balanced approach to life, blending work, family, community and spirituality to create a life of fulfillment and joy. He is an avid reader of publications on leadership, business, personal development, and spirituality. In addition, Clint is a monthly columnist for Inside Tucson Business and has completed several Small Business Makeovers for the Arizona Daily Star. He serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Southern Arizona and his hobbies include basketball, golf, softball, swimming, and coaching little league sports. Clint and his wife are the proud parents of four children.
